The Singles Conferences at Bethel Baptist Church are truly amazing experiences where Singles from all over the nation congregate at the church for a dynamic and engaging weekend of Christian learning and fellowship.
Over the course of the conference weekend, you’ll participate in:

• Fun and Creative Team-Building Games, like our skit competitions and team games
• Great Fellowship Opportunities
• Open Recreational Time for participating in a variety of sports, music, arts, board games, and much more with new friends!
• Open Q+A Times to ask experienced Pastoral Staff questions close to your heart
• Devotionals and Workshops about how to get the most out of your Bible Studies
• And Much More!

Attendees at the Singles Conference find that the weekend can translate into benefits that last a lifetime, including great lessons to strength our walk in Christ, renewed and invigorated drive for serving the Lord fully in ministry, lifelong friendships, and amazing memories too!

All Single Adults, from the most recent high school graduates to college students to those in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond, are certainly welcome to attend the Conference. This also includes individuals who may be divorced, widowed, and single parents too. 

We believe the content of this conference will be relevant and empowering to everyone in their Single lives regardless of their current age or previous life experiences.

There are four main ways to register for Singles Conference 2010:

Online:
Probably the most convenient way to register, you can use our Singles Conference website to register for the conference online – please click on the Registration link in the Navigation Bar to sign-up!

Phone:
You can call our Church offices at 1-847-885-3230 and ask about signing up for Singles Conference.

Mail:
You can also mail in a registration form to Bethel Baptist Church at 200 North Roselle Road, Schaumburg, Illinois, 60192. Registration forms are available on this website, click on the Download link in the Navigation Bar.

At the Door:
You can also sign up at the door at the Registration Desk on the day of Singles Conference.

We highly recommend advance registration to everyone, especially online, since signing up early allows you to take advantage of our great early-registration pricing!

The registration fee for attending Singles Conference 2010 will be $35.00 per person.This includes all your sessions, workshops, and fellowship activities for both days of the conference, as well as the required materials for the Conference (the Conference Notebook).

Important: If you register by July 1st, 2010, you'll receive our special EARLY REGISTRATION pricing of $25.00, a savings of almost 30% off the regular registration price!

Note:  All delegates are encouraged to make arrangements with their work that will allow them to come to the entire conference. However, if such an arrangement cannot be made, we do offer a one day rate of $20 that you will pay upon arrival at the registration table.

The Singles Conference will be held over two days:

Friday August 6th, 2010 - Evening Sessions

Registration opens at 4:30 PM CST, and sessions and activities run till 10:00 PM CST (with extended fellowship opportunities till 12:30 AM CST)

Saturday August 7th, 2010 - Full Day Sessions

Sessions and activities will resume around 8:30 AM CST (including registration for single day attendees), with a conference close around 5:15 PM CST.

The Singles Conference is held at Bethel Baptist Church in Schaumburg, Illinois  (200 North Roselle Road, Schaumburg Illinois).

When you arrive, please head to the Registration Desk to sign in - it's at the Schaumburg Christian School lobby of Bethel Baptist Church, towards the south end of our facilities with the double-door entrances. Parking attendants at the conference will help you find the right location.  For additional directions, please check our Travel and Lodging Link.

Bethel Baptist Church has arranged for the The Hampton Inn of Schaumburg to be our Singles Conference 2010 hotel. Along with a great location near to the church, it also will have a special Conference rate of $59.00 per night (please ask for the rate when you reserve a room).
If for some reason the hotel is fully booked, please feel free to contact us for additional hotel suggestions (doing a Google search for hotels in Schaumburg will also provide good results.)

Your registration fee will provide you with our Conference Notebook, which contains all the materials you'll need for the sessions and activities and key guides like maps, etc.

• We'd like to ask you to please plan on bringing the following:
• Filled-out Registration Forms and Fees, if not already registered
• Your Bible
• Writing Implements (for writing notes as desired in your Conference Notebook).
• Optional: Athletic Clothes

  Of the many options we'll have for fellowship activities, we will also be offering several sports during designated free times, including volleyball, basketball, and soccer.  If you'd like to bring a change of clothes for those events, please feel free to do so!
  
  Some suggestions:
  - Gentlemen: t-shirts, knee-length shorts or sweatpants
  - Ladies: t-shirts, knee-lengths shorts or culottes

• Optional: Discretionary/Spending Cash

  We will be taking an offering which will go towards furthering the Lord's work.

  You may want to take advantage of the many excellent resources at our church - including our Church Bookstore and also placing orders for Conference Messages on CD, etc!   

  While we will have snacks and treats available for you during the conference, you may be interested in trying a fun smoothie or other exciting options at our Connections Cafe!

• Optional and Highly Recommended: Friends, Family, Church, and Co-Workers! :)

  You are definitely welcome to bring in Singles from your family, church, friends, and co-workers, they'll thank you for it!

And especially, we'd highly encourage all attendees to please be in prayer in the time up for the Conference and for the Lord to work powerfully in everyone's lives during this event and onward!

We'd recommend that all Singles attending the conference please wear modest, casual clothing.We'd like you all to come as you are – with the understanding that modesty is appreciated.
Some suggestions may include:
• Gentlemen: collared shirts, khakis or jeans
• Ladies: collared shirts or t-shirts, khaki or jean skirts

For Friday sessions, please come to the conference having already eaten dinner.
We will have complimentary snacks available, courtesy of Bethel Baptist Church, for all attendees.

For Saturday, please come to the conference having already eaten breakfast.
We'll have complimentary snacks available during our morning Q+A and devotional times. We will have lunch provided for you in our Church Cafeteria.
Snacks, coffee, and smoothies will also be available for purchase at our Connections Café at certain times during the conference.
